Velo Cult Mural

Wow, coming up with stuff to write about this summer has been tough… Not because I haven’t been doing anything.  I have!  I’ve been swimming and boating and vacationing and playing video games, reading books and eating out.  But summer is the time to indulge, so when I go out, I’ve been going to all the places I love.  Places that I’ve already written about, like Boke Bowl, Double Dragon, Cheese & Crack Snack Shop, and Roman Candle Baking.  So today I don’t have much new to share, other than this super cool mural, just completed on the back of the Velo Cult in the Hollywood District.

If you haven’t been to Velo Cult, I highly recommend it.  It’s a bike shop by day, performance venue by night. The serve beer, coffee and are a nice space for small or medium sized events.  I recently had my bike tuned up there and thought the service was great, and the prices very reasonable.  Just make sure you step out back to see the mural.  It’s really cool.
