Random Order Coffeehouse

I have been challenged to a pie making contest. It’s in about a month and I’ve started training. I’ve been reading books, cruising pinterest and now doing some field research.

Random Order Coffeehouse has been on my radar for a while now and I finally made it! And it’s pretty great. A big case of fresh fruit pies, a few savory hand pies and an extra cold case of cream pies.

Their crusts are thick and made with butter. Flaky, but I didn’t find it especially flavorful. I got the caramel apple pie, Jacob got cherry. Good inspiration. Time to get in the kitchen and make my own.

Also of note. They serve cocktails.
