Renegade Craft Fair

A little peak at the awesome makers selling their wares at the Renegade Craft Fair.

I love me a craft fair!  Crafty Wonderland is a local favorite, but when I heard Renegade Craft Fair was coming to Portland, I had to check it out.  It’s started in Chicago, then expanded to NY and San Francisco.  But this year, for the first time, the fair is doing a west coast tour.  Many of the vendors are traveling with the fair,  but there are local vendor too!  My fried Jackie, from Loom Room Textiles, is one of them.  She makes beautiful rugs, pillows and blankets.   

She, along with the other 200 makers, braved a rainy weekend to sell their wares in the streets behind Rejuvenation Hardware.  As with any craft fair, the selection is overwhelming and inspiring.  So many amazing ideas and products made by people doing what they truly love.  I could have spent thousands! It was a wonderful fair.  Enjoy a few photos of my favorites:
